Smokey Bones and Big Green Egg Reunite on Sweepstakes

For the second year in a row, Smokey Bones and Big Green Egg are back together offering a chance to win great prizes during Summer Grilling EGG’cellence. Meat and grilling lovers are invited to enter for a chance to win instant win prizes, and one of three grand prizes.

The grand prize includes a Big Green Egg, Smokey Bones Grilling Kit, The Ultimate Big Green Egg Cookbook written and autographed by the BBQ Buddha Chris Sussman, and a Jameson Irish Whiskey-branded corn hole game. Second-place prize includes a Mini Max Big Green Egg and Smokey Bones “Grill and Serve” BBQ meal for 10; while third-place includes a hosted “Meat & Greet” at Smokey Bones for up to 10 guests.

Summer Grilling EGG’cellence with Big Green Egg begins May 1 through May 31. Winners will be announced around June 7, 2023. 

Meanwhile, Smokey Bones is keeping their smokers hot in the restaurant with the new Summer Sizzlin menu, available for a limited time beginning May 16. The sweet and spicy offerings include new offer of margaritas, ribs, a ribeye, a burger, appetizers, and sides.

Kick off your meal with one of the new limited-time cocktails: Tropic Thunder Margarita, a mix of 1800 Silver tequila, DeKuyper triple sec, passion fruit and guava purees, and Monin margarita mix; the Tropic of Texas, a light and summery refresher made with Tito’s vodka, pineapple puree, soda and a hint of lime; the Peach Pit Master, a peachy keen margarita made with Kurvball Barbecue whiskey, DeKuyper, triple sec, peach puree, and Monin margarita mix; or the You Look Hot Honey, the hottest margarita of the season, featuring Hornitos Black Barrel tequila, Monin Hot Honey syrup and margarita mix, and finished with a crushed Takis rimmer for a little kick.

Enjoy appetizers and sides of Chorizo Queso & Chips; Mango Habanero Takis Wings, available smoked or boneless and tossed with habanero sauce and topped with crushed Takis and green onions; or the Takis Street Corn, a Mexican style corn with peppers, onions, cilantro, and aged cheese topped with Takis and green onions.
