Chicago Winery to Construct Floral Installation for National Flower Day

WHAT: Chicago Winery, Chicago’s newest private event venue, restaurant and working winery opening this fall, is partnering with Maison du Prince to construct a stunning floral installation in honor of National Flower Day and the upcoming opening of Chicago Winery’s wedding and event space.

Chicago Winery will hand out mini bouquets made from locally sourced flowers to all passersby in the River North neighborhood. Each bouquet will be adorned with a tag, including a select few “golden tags” in which a lucky number of recipients will receive incredible prizes for couples’ upcoming nuptials.

Prizes include:

  • A wedding gown (value up to $2500)

  • A winery tour and tasting for 10 people (valid Jan - Mar 2023, Sun - Thurs only)

  • A $250 Chicago Winery gift card

  • A wine tasting for four (valid Jan - Mar 2023, Sun - Thurs only)

  • First Batch made wine by the bottle (limited to one bottle per winner, available for pick-up at a later date)

As an ideal photo opportunity for couples, friends and colleagues alike, the archway and outdoor bench structures outside of Chicago Winery will be covered in fall florals, willow branches, grapevines and roses (a nod to nation’s national flower), creating a picture-perfect moment for those looking for perfect autumnal photos. Passersby who take and post a photo of themselves under the arch, tagging the winery, floral designer and dress designer, will be automatically entered to win two bottles of Chicago Winery wine, from the first batch ever released in the market.

WHEN: October 7, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

WHERE: Chicago Winery, 739 N Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60654
