8Arm is joining Italy’s finest winemakers, Arianna Occhipinti and La Stoppa’s Nico Sciackitano, for a special wine dinner at 8Arm on October 24 from 7:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. The delectable five-course dinner, helmed by executive chef Maricela Vega, will have a touch of whimsy as it leaves the kitchen, and has been thoughtfully curated to pair alongside the following seven wines:
- La Stoppa Ageno
- La Stoppa Trebbiolo
- La Stoppa Macchiona
- Occhipinti SP68 Bianco
- Occhipinti SP68 Rosso
- Occhipinti Il Frappato
- 2013 Occhipinti 10º Decima Vendemmia Il Frappato
Guests will have the chance to hear from well-respected Arianna Occhipinti and La Stoppa’s Nico Sciackitano, experts and industry leaders in winemaking. Tickets are $145.00 per person and include five courses with wine pairings, tax, gratuity and transaction fees, with a limited number of tickets available online here.
